We at Two Sage Sisters feel passionately about sound mental health. Today’s world is full of opportunities to focus our thoughts and emotions on negativity, directly effecting our mental health and wellness. While we understand that you can’t always choose how you feel, we also know that you CAN make a conscious choice to react in a positive way to negative emotions.

Each of our unique kits provides you with a practical, hands-on technique that you can DO to release negativity and move forward with creating a healthy well-being.We strive to continue to provide new ideas, tools, and processes that all people can actually use in their daily lives. Meet Carolyn
The past several years have been a journey of self-discovery for me. As an only parent, I leaned on my faith to carry my family through our grief journey. Becoming more aware of healing through natural elements, I developed a broader foundation and additional tools to lean on. After my children grew to be independent adults, finding a fulfilling purpose became an important goal in my life. Helping to care for my aging parents is a commitment I’ve made that is important to me; being a caregiver comes with its own set of stressors along the way. I’m proud to be developing something that will help people navigate life’s struggles in a positive way.

Meet Beth
As an elementary school counselor, I spent my career supporting others' mental health and well-being. In the past few years, I have been on my own wellness journey, and am always looking for ways to help myself and others to cope with anxiety and the daily stresses of day-to-day life. I've recently discovered a strong connection to the earth and the healing nature of the elements. The idea of creating and offering something that will combine my passion for helping others and also tap into the natural elements in that process and serve to help others in their journey appeals to me and feels very much “full circle”.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated per order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@twosagesisters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@twosagesisters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do refunds work?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange items in my order?
Yes, you can. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What happens if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
